Twin4Twin Workshop: Sharing HR and Administrative Practices

On October 24 and 25, 2024, as Twin4Twin reached Month 22, the consortium held internal workshops focused on exchanging best practices in HR and administrative management. Knowledge transfer, one of the project’s main objectives, has been progressing well, with partners actively sharing insights and learning from one another.

During the workshops, delivered by ITA and SCCH, partners shared approaches to key HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee experience, and performance reviews, to foster mutual understanding and knowledge-sharing.

In addition, essential administrative practices like procurement, business travel, event management, and financial policies were covered. By discussing diverse organisational frameworks, partners gained insights to refine their operational strategies and apply effective, adaptable practices across the project.
